Popular anchor turned actor Ma Ka Pa Anand had to face the wrath of Ajith fans when he remarked about Thala’s looks in Yennai Arindhaal on an earlier occasion. Ironically, sources say that he plays an ardent fan of Ajith in his upcoming flick Atti, in which he is debuting as a solo hero.
At its promo, Anand said on a lighter note, “Many times, I have faced huge live audiences and anchored programmes under tense situations. But this stage looks different and I feel slightly jittery in front of you all (the press).”
“When I listened to music director Sundar C Babu sir’s peppy numbers, I was very happy and asked my director Vijayabhaskar sir who is to dance for these energetic songs: he replied, ‘you only’. And after seeing dance master Suresh who is a tough taskmaster, I thought I am finished. Jokes apart, all said and done, he prepared me well with proper rehearsals before the shoot commenced.”
Ashmitha is paired opposite him. Ramki, who essays a pivotal role is sporting a new look without a moustache, for the first time in his career.
