Tamannaah Bhatia is going great guns, both in terms of career and endorsements, after the monstrous success of Baahubali. The actress has now been roped in as the brand ambassador of the campaign ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’, an initiative of Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI). This national initiative has been aimed at the welfare and education of girl children. The excited actress posted about the same on her micro blogging page, “I’m glad that I can contribute to the national initiative of #betibachaobetipadhao by being FOGSI s brand ambassador.”
She also pledged to make efforts to spread awareness about saving and empowering the girl child, and had interactions with gynaecologists across the country. Tamannaah who is back in Kollywood after a hiatus, has Thozha (Oopiri in Telugu), Dharmadurai and Baahubali 2 in her kitty.
