Jailed BRS MLC K Kavitha has been brought to the Rouse Avenue court as her ED Custody ends today.
K Kavitha was arrested by Enforcement Directorate on March 15th in connection with her role in money laundering case linked to Delhi Excise Policy case.
It is alleged that Kavitha played a principal role in establishing the money laundering entity, M/s Indo Spirits, through a proxy, which generated proceeds of crime to the tune of Rs 192.8 crore.
Court had earlier on April 5th had permitted the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to question Kavitha in Tihar Jail.
