HYDERABAD: The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) conducted the written test for the recruitment of junior assistant posts without incident on Sunday. SCCL said 77,907 candidates appeared for the test in 187 centres in eight districts.
The highest number of applicants, 89 per cent, took the exam in Mancherial and Adilabad recorded the lowest at 64 per cent. SCCL had issued the notification for filling up of 177 junior assistant posts and 98,882 candidates applied for the posts.
Around 200 officials supervised the test. SCCL director (personal) S. Chandrasekhar said that written test key will be released on September 7 and candidates can raise objections on the SCCL website https://scclmines.com/
