Moulay Omar Zahraoui is a 29 years old Moroccan businessman, who in his early life learned about the tobacco industry from Germany and South Korea and then founded a cigar company named Habanos S.A, which as of now is the biggest cigar factory in Africa.

The day starts early in my life, as I wake up before 6am on weekdays, which means there's time to have breakfast with family, meditate, exercise; all of which are necessary for a productive day.

Right after getting out of my bed I get on the treadmill and start exercising, it keeps me alert and energised throughout the day.

At 6:30 I Meditate, it is the most important part of my life, I can miss anything but I cannot miss meditating as it makes me more productive throughout the day.

Once I am done with the mediation I take a quick shower and get ready for the breakfast with my family, and I always have a healthy breakfast as it increases mental alertness, regulates blood sugar and helps to reduce sugar cravings.

At sharp 8 am I reach the factory, and the first thing I do is writing down all the important tasks to be done throughout the day, and then just start working them.

I don’t have a fixed time of heading back to home, I come back once all the tasks for the day have been successfully completed.

Once I’m home I take light dinner and make sure to have at least 8 hours of sleep as I believe more sleep can enhance my creativity, confidence, leadership, and decision-making ability.

On weekends, My schedule is a bit different, I wake up at 9 in the morning, read newspaper with coffee, play golf and spend time with my family.

Moulay told us that he’s consistent at his routine and practice them daily for maintaining high levels of productivity.
