Businessman and entrepreneur Dennis Loos explains what is Network Marketing

Network marketers are not employees of the company. They are paid a commission based on their sales performance

The last few years have seen a massive boom in the network marketing industry and more and more people are switching to Network Marketing profiles because of it's many benefits. Dennis Loos, who is an entrepreneur and Network Marketing expert explains what exactly Network Marketing.

Dennis shares, "Network marketing is a business model where independent contractors buy into a company and earn a commission on the products they sell.

The profession appeals to many people because they can be their own boss, set their own hours, and work towards personal goals. It is a big commitment, but network marketing can be a very lucrative career. Network marketers are not employees of the company and do not receive any benefits from the company.

They are paid a commission based on their sales performance. Network marketing companies typically charge an initial fee to join and may also charge ongoing monthly membership fees."

Talking about how network marketing works, he adds, "Network marketing companies sell products directly to consumers through relationships and referrals with independent distributors who represent the company's products and services to potential customers.

In return for selling products from the company, distributors receive commissions on sales made by people they have recruited into the program (downline).

Recruiting new distributors is one of the most effective ways for individuals to make money in network marketing because there is little risk involved — anyone who wants to start selling can simply sign up as an independent contractor without paying anything upfront."
