Entrepreneur Badr El Battahi shares how his startup ‘SociWork’ changed his fortunes

Badr El Battahi in very less time has shaken the social media with his work. Qualified in Computer Science from Harvard University, this young lad went on to master himself in social media marketing. Born in Casablanca, Morocco, he migrated to Abu Dhabi in 2011 and became a social media genius after years of practice.

Badr is not just a successful entrepreneur but even a notable social media personality. He has a terrific fanbase of more than 1 million people on Instagram. The content he posts about his lifestyle is widely appreciated by his followers. “Know your audience first. Understand what kind of content works the best for your profile or page. There is a reason why understanding social media analytics is important. You can’t expect a fitness expert to create content about technology”, shared Badr speaking about his experience of learning social media marketing.

His first startup ‘SociWork’ was launched in 2015 and little did he know it would be a grand success. The social media agency majorly promotes aspiring actors, influencers, models and singers giving them the best digital presence. “Through this startup, I promoted my work and with years of patience and practice, I became an influencer as well as a digital entrepreneur”, he added. The success of the agency later saw the birth of another brand ‘Richsneaker’.

The footwear brand deals with the high-end premium sneakers and it was another successful venture of Battahi. The sales of the shoe brand have until now gone past 1 million and it is growing more. Currently mastering himself in artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain, Badr El Battahi soon plans to upgrade his businesses with the latest innovations in the market. To keep the audience updated, the influencer very often engages with them by doing Instagram live sessions.
