Ridaex Arya 1 Smart TVs Google Widevine L1 Update

Ridaex is no less than any other premium Smart TV brands and also giving complete freedom of Android to its users

Ridaex Arya 1 Series Smart TVs, Aka " World's Most Powerful Smart TV" now feels complete.

A lot of users and potential buyers criticized Ridaex for the lack of DRM L1 during the launch in September 2020.

Though previously, Ridaex has provided the Arya Smart TV series with flagship hardware that directly challenged top tire LED TV brands.

Surely, Arya tv was lagging in its content management certifications.

Just not the flagship hardware, Ridaex Arya Smart TVs are also designed for futuristic applications such as Connecting to IOT Devices, Video Conferencing & Digital Signage as well.

Unlike any other Best Smart TV In India, Ridaex opted for Android Open Source Operating - AOSP over Official Android TV OS due to its vast scope of application compatibility.

Official Android TV OS has many restrictions in installing new applications currently, such as fewer application availability, 3rd part apps need to be sideloaded, missing browser apps, and portrait-designed apps that cannot be installed with some minor security flaws.

In comparison, AOSP is not limited to any of these and gives users complete freedom to install apps and experience the most Android. But one of the major setbacks in AOSP is the lack of content management certification by default.

In this scenario, Ridaex has taken a tougher, longer path and got Google Widewine DRM L1 certification and Netflix certifications for its Arya Smart TVs separately.

Thus proving, Ridaex is no less than any other premium Smart TV brands and also giving complete freedom of Android to its users.

The CEO, Mr. Naveen Srinivas in a recent interview said:

"At Ridaex, we are always OKEY to take criticism for good causes. Our aim is just not to develop an Idiot Box - Smart TV, rather we look at Smart TVs as gadgets. The future has a lot of opportunities, We need to be prepared to harvest. "

He also added, " We started rolling out a beta version DRM L1 update from the first week of January 2021 for 60% of users, and now after completing the client-side testing. We have rolled out DRM and Netflix 4K certification for 100% of the existing users as promised. We are also providing DRM and Netflix 4K out of the box for the new users since 1st of May 2021"
