JMJ Group\'s Mayurdhvajsinh Jadeja doesn\'t believe in salary pay cut of employees

The pandemic has badly affected many businesses in the world. Every big or small company is facing the wrath of lockdown. During such tough times, a lot of companies have laid off their employees. If not laying off, some have implemented salary cut of their employees.

One such company that hasn't done either of this is Mayurdhvajsinh Jadeja's JMJ Group. It runs a successful real estate business and has a big name for itself.

Even during the pandemic, they have made sure their employees get what they deserve and do not suffer. Forget laying off people, Jadeja doesn't even support the idea of pay cut.

Mayurdhvajsinh Jadeja believes that staff is base of every organization whether it's big or small. If they are not saved, the company cannot survive either. He states that cutting down salary will temporaily support your balance sheet, but in the long run only loyalty will pay off.

JMJ group has 200 salaried staff in three different cities. However, they have not cut off the salary of any single employee from their company. They believe that their employees are doing their best every day to keep the business at top. So it's not fair if they don't get the full pay they truly deserve.
