Kargil Victory Sports Begin at YMCA Hyderabad
Chaitanya Bharati School, Vyas Model School, Hyderabad Public School and Rajasri Vidya Mandir also opened their campaigns with convincing victories across kabaddi, kho kho and volleyball.
Hyderabad:Johnson Grammar School made an impressive start in the senior boys’ and girls’ volleyball competitions on the opening day of the 26th Annual YMCA Kargil Victory Sports Festival being held at the YMCA Narayanguda branch on Thursday.
Chaitanya Bharati School, Vyas Model School, Hyderabad Public School and Rajasri Vidya Mandir also opened their campaigns with convincing victories across kabaddi, kho kho and volleyball.
The sports meet was inaugurated by Assistant Inspector General of Police (CID) attached to the DGP’s Office J. Anyonya. YMCA president Jonathan Dharmaraj, vice-president G. M. Deendayal, Inspector (CID) Vijay Kumar, members of the YMCA Board of Directors, Board Office Consultant B. J. Vinaya Swaroop and General Secretary of YMCAs of Greater Hyderabad Priestly Gius also attended the inaugural ceremony.

Senior Girls Kho Kho: Vyas Model School bt Deeksha Global School 2-1, Rajasri Vidya Mandir bt Takshasila Public School 9-2, Holy Mary High School bt Deeksha Global School 5-3.
Senior Boys Kho Kho: Vyas Model School bt Sai Model School 4-3.
