Leonardo DiCaprio explains his reaction to Lady Gaga that broke the Internet

Mumbai: Internet had a field day yesterday when Leonardo DiCaprio’s surprised eye-roll after Lady Gaga grazed his arm on her way to accept her award went viral. The gif broke the internet and Leonardo’s reaction was all that everyone talked about.

While Lady Gaga won a Golden Globe, the actor’s expression won the internet. Almost everyone had their own explanation to the actor’s expression. Some where funny, while some where extremely witty.

However, Leonardo’s explanation to the gif is something entirely different. In a quick chat with ET Online, the 41-year-old actor was surprised that his reaction became a trending topic on the World Wide Web.

When asked why he made the face when Lady Gaga brushed him, the ‘Revenant’ star revealed, “I just didn’t know what was passing me -- that’s all!”

DiCaprio won the Best Actor for 'The Revenant' and took home his third Golden Globe, whereas the 29-year-old pop star won the award for her debut show ‘American Horror Story’.
