Justin Trudeau has made history by marching with tens of thousands of people in Toronto's Gay Pride parade, becoming the country's first sitting prime minister to participate.- The parade began at Bloor and Church streets at 2 pm and ended at Yonge-Dundas Square, where pop group DNCE, singing string quartet Well-Strung and Glee star Alex Newell were set to perform.
- Hamilton resident Rob Roxy -- painted head-to-toe in blue paint in a tiger-like design -- travelled to Oshawa to get painted by an artist and then came back to Toronto to be in the parade.
