Shruti underwent appendectomy following a severe abdominal pain.
Shruti Haasan, who was admitted to the Apollo hospital following a severe abdominal pain, has been discharged from the hospital.
The actress who took part in a promotional event for her upcoming film ‘Yevadu’ complained of acute stomach pain. She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed it to be a case of appendicitis.
Shruti then underwent appendectomy. After her surgery, the 27-yr-old actress took to twitter to thank her fans for their love and said she was doing well.
Shruti wrote, “Hello tweeps thankyou for all your love and get well soon wishes!appendix out and raring to go :) albeit a bit slowly :)”
Shruti is currently working on ‘Yevadu’, ‘Race Gurram’ and a Bollywood film titled 'Welcome Back'.
