The Supermodel has been appointed to the Rainforest Alliance’s board of directors
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has been appointed to the Rainforest Alliance’s board of directors. The 33-year-old Brazilian beauty will be part of a team which “will help shape the vision, strategic plans, and policies that guide the Rainforest Alliance’s development and global sustainability efforts,” reported Contactmusic.
A statement from Bundchen read, “As a Rainforest Alliance board member, I look forward to calling upon my experience not only as an international spokesperson but as an entrepreneur and global citizen to support the Rainforest Alliance’s on-the-ground efforts.”
In addition to her Rainforest Alliance role, Bundchen has recently been named a brand ambassador for Pantene hair products.
