The actor became the proud father of a baby girl on Saturday.
Shahid and Mira Kapoor became proud parents of a baby girl on Friday, and the actor took to social media websites to announce the good news. (Pic: Viral Bhayani)- Mira was rushed to the hospital on Thursday evening and reports suggest that Shahid was by her side the entire day.
- The bonny baby was born at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai and though a premature, the child was born through normal delivery and weighs 2.8 kg .
- Pankaj Kapoor and Supriya Pathak also were spotted by their daughter-in-law's side.
- Minutes after him tweeting the news, Twitter was abuzz with wishes from friends and fans.
