Cannes: Sonam reaches, Deepika, Kangana back, Manto team premiere film

Deepika Padukone returned home and was clicked at the airport after her second appearance at the film festival, with her origami gown being lauded by the fashion police.
Kangana Ranaut looked too happy at the airport after her debut appearance, with her retro-saree look and catsuit making headlines.
Meanwhile, recently married Sonam Kapoor arrived in France for the festival, posting the update on Instagram.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his director Nandita Das were all smiles as their film ‘Manto’ premiered at Cannes.
Rasika Dugal and Tahir Raj Bhasin also play pivotal roles in the film and the four of them were really dressed for the occasion.
Nandita posted this picture on Twitter with the important ladies associated with the film, actresses Divya Dutta and Rasika, and one of the producers Namrata Goyal.
Shashank Arora and Purab Kohli are also a part of the cast of the film, posing in style for the cameras.
Shashank, who was seen in 'Rock On 2' in 2016, returned to Cannes after his film 'Titli' had also made its way to the film festival.
The team, including Ajit Andhare, one of the producers, seemed delighted at the premiere of the film.
‘Manto’ is based on the story of renowned writer-poet Saadat Hasan Manto. The film is likely to release in India later this year.
Manoj Bajpayee unveiled the first look of his film ‘Bhonsle’ along with the other members of the cast.
Not just the Indians, even Mahira Khan made her debut at the festival. She posted several pictures on Instagram. She went edgy with her style as she opted for crop top with white harrom pants paired with dupatta, silk floral shirt and pants, a stylish saree with braids, and yellow top with high-waist pants.
