Dawn's interior is an effortless continuation of its exterior. Banks of leather create a soft line, fusing inside and out. The interior is also a destination in itself. Crafted from wood and leather, the cabin is indulgent. Roof up or down, Dawn wraps its passengers in comfort, providing a cosseting private haven and uplifting spaciousness.
The new RR Dawn convertible is capable of achieving 0-100kmph in just 5 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 250kmph.
The soft-top convertible flaunts an insanely powerful 6.6-litre twin turbocharged V12 petrol engine, churning out maximum power output of 563bhp and maximum torque of 820Nm, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The driver can open or close the soft-top of the new Rolls-Royce Dawn in just about 20 seconds, however, only within the speed limit up to 50 km/h. Besides, the Dawn comes with Multimedia navigation system, premium audio system with 16 speakers, 10-inch touch-screen HD navigation display, gesture sensitive touchpad and automatic climate control.
Based on Wraith coupe platform, Rolls-Royce Dawn is a 2+2 seater with a soft-top convertible, which was first unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2015. The company has placed the car below the Drophead coupe in its global line-up.
The new Rolls-Royce Dawn will come with a long wheelbase of 3112 mm and measures 5285 mm in length, 1947 mm in width and 1502 mm in height. Moreover, the company says that with just a few parts taken from the previous models, the 80 per cent work on the new Dawn is original.
The price range of Rolls-Royce Dawn starts from Rs. 6.25 crore. It is the fourth vehicle in the country by the company after Phantom, Ghost and the Wraith.
