Vishnu Manchu embarks on spiritual journey to explore Jyotirlingas

Actor-producer Vishnu Manchu, a devoted follower of Lord Hanuman, recently shared a significant spiritual transition through a social media video. Known for his daily recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa, Vishnu revealed that his research for his upcoming film Kannappa deepened his connection with Lord Shiva, leading him to embark on a journey to explore the 12 sacred jyotirlingas.

“I wasn’t a great devotee of Lord Shiva earlier, as I was so devoted to Lord Hanuman,” he said, describing how this shift has helped him better understand the significance of the jyotirlingas and their importance in Kaliyug. Vishnu plans to document this spiritual quest in a video series to educate and inspire others about the power and relevance of these ancient shrines.

“These jyotirlingas, from Kedarnath in the Himalayas to Rameswaram in the south, are living proof of Lord Shiva’s divine presence on Earth. Each linga holds a unique story, mystical energy, and healing powers,” he explained, adding that visiting these sites offers devotees an opportunity for spiritual growth and self-discovery.

So far, Vishnu has visited Kedarnath and Omkareshwar and plans to complete his journey across the remaining jyotirlingas before the release of Kannappa in April. “Through these videos, I hope to bring people closer to Lord Shiva, sharing his benevolence, blessings, and the wisdom of these sacred sites,” Vishnu concluded.
