Samantha Says True Love Begins With Self-Completion

The actor married filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in December 2025 in an intimate ceremony at Sadhguru's Isha Foundation in Coimbatore.

Samantha, speaking at a film event on Wednesday, shared her perspective on love, career, and self-reliance. She believes your career and relationships are ultimately in your own hands. However, she acknowledged that relationships can get complicated. They are not always under your control. According to her, it takes two people to make a partnership work.

As a woman, having confidence is absolutely essential, Samantha noted. "At one point, you will find the right person," the Rangasthalam star said. But looking for someone to complete you rarely ends well. Samantha warned that this mindset creates too many expectations on the opposite end. She directly stated that this is not right.

Therefore, Samantha stressed the critical importance of inner personal growth. People must work on themselves before entering a serious relationship. They need to complete themselves first. By focusing heavily on self-worth, individuals can build much healthier bonds.

Her latest film, Maa Inti Bangaram, is currently showing in cinemas.
