After box office success of Peddi, Ram Charan is reportedly set to add another prized asset to his growing portfolio with the completion of a lavish farmhouse on the outskirts of Hyderabad. While the actor has already established himself as one of the biggest stars in Indian cinema and a successful entrepreneur, he now appears to be investing in a lifestyle centered around nature and privacy.
According to industry buzz, the actor has developed a sprawling farmhouse on nearly five acres of land located between Chevella and Mokila, a premium residential belt close to Hyderabad. Charan is said to have acquired the property several years ago, and the project has now reached completion after extensive planning and construction.
Sources suggest that the farmhouse has been designed to blend luxury with nature, featuring premium amenities while preserving the greenery and peaceful surroundings. Renowned interior designers are believed to have worked on the project, with each section of the property crafted around a distinct design concept to create an exclusive retreat away from the city’s hustle.
The farmhouse is expected to serve as a private getaway where Ram Charan can spend quality time with his wife Upasana Kamineni, their daughter, and close family members whenever his shooting schedule allows.
Ram Charan is going to do an action adventure with director Sukumar and script work is underway. He will be seen in new avatar after rural look in Peddi.
