The collection for much hyped The Raja Saab is dipping in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. "It has garnered Rs 7 crore plus net collections on day two in Telugu states, says a distributor. 'It managed to draw Rs 9 crore net on first day and thereafter the footfalls have been sliding, he adds.
In terms of gross collections, "the horror comedy has collected Rs. 35 crores gross collections in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It should have been more and better, he points out. Prabhas is finding it difficult to draw in crowds despite festival holidays and the chances are fading out.
Prabhas last big hit in Telugu states was Kalki 2898 AD, while his guest appearance in Kannappa triggered some buzz, but not collections.
