At a time when romantic tracks in big-ticket films such as Devara and Peddi have come under criticism for feeling forced or disconnected from the narrative, director Hanu Raghavapudi is said to have crafted an emotionally engaging love story for Prabhas and newcomer Imanvi in the upcoming period drama Fauji.
According to sources, the film's romance is not merely an add-on but an integral part of the narrative. "There is a beautiful and emotional love story at the heart of Fauji," says a source close to the production. Meanwhile, Prabhas is gearing up to resume shooting after wrapping up his work for 'Spirit. Sources reveal that the star will dedicate the next three months exclusively to Fauji, with the aim of completing a substantial portion of the remaining shoot.
"Prabhas had already completed nearly 50 percent of the film during schedules held between January and March. He is excited to return and finish this ambitious project," the source says.
The actor is reportedly playing one of the most layered characters of his career. "This is a complex, multi-dimensional role that demands both emotional depth and physical intensity.
