NTR's Dragon Is Arriving on June 11, 2027, Says Mythri Ravi Shankar

Rumours of a delay in Jr NTR’s upcoming film Dragon have been put to rest, with producer Ravi Shankar Yellamanchili of Mythri Movie Makers confirming that the Prashanth Neel directorial will release as scheduled on June 11, 2027.
Speaking at the pre-release event of Don’t Trouble The Trouble, Ravi Shankar dismissed speculation surrounding the film’s release and reiterated that Dragon will arrive on the announced date.
The rumours gained momentum after NTR suffered a hand injury and underwent surgery. The actor has reportedly been advised to take around six weeks of rest. However, the setback has not affected the overall production schedule.
While NTR recuperates, Prashanth Neel has been shooting portions that do not require the actor. These sequences were already part of the planned schedule and are expected to be completed before NTR returns to the sets.
Once NTR rejoins the production, his portions will be resumed, with the makers aiming to wrap up the entire shoot before the end of the year. This will leave the team adequate time for the extensive post-production work required for the action entertainer.
Dragon marks the Telugu debut of Rukmini Vasanth, who stars opposite NTR as the female lead. The actress, who has earned recognition through her work in Kannada cinema and the buzz surrounding Kantara: Chapter 1, is expected to make her entry into Tollywood with this highly anticipated project.
