Nagarjuna Takes Potshots At Makers Of Venkatesh's Aadarsha Kutumbam
The film was reportedly expected to release on October 2 and subsequently October 9 before being postponed at the last minute.

Akkineni Nagarjuna appears to be unhappy with the way big-ticket films and last-minute release changes are affecting smaller movies. The actor, who is presenting the small film Itlu Arjun, has reportedly expressed concern over the lack of clarity in release planning, triggering speculation about whether his remarks are aimed at Venkatesh’s upcoming film.
Itlu Arjun was initially scheduled to hit theatres on October 2 but was later postponed to October 30 amid changes in the release plans of other films. The delay has left the team with the challenge of sustaining audience interest for nearly another month.
Speaking about the issue, Nagarjuna stressed the need for better planning and clarity while announcing theatrical release dates. He pointed out that uncertainty over release schedules puts smaller films in a difficult position, forcing their makers to reconsider their plans and promotional strategies.
His remarks have sparked speculation about whether he was indirectly referring to Trivikram’s Aadarsha Kutumbam, starring Venkatesh. The film was reportedly expected to release on October 2 and subsequently October 9 before being postponed at the last minute.
Although Nagarjuna did not explicitly name any film, the timing of his comments has fuelled talk in industry circles. Whether the remarks were directed at the Venkatesh-starrer remains unclear, but they have once again highlighted the challenges smaller films face when bigger releases disrupt their plans.
It is known that Nagarjuna and Venkatesh have been arch rivals in Tollywood for over three decades and have been mostly catering to the same section of audience.
