Allu Arjun and director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming movie #AA23 is one of the biggest movies in the works. This week, a rumour has been doing the rounds that the prestigious project has been shelved due to a rift between the actor-director duo. However, it seems that the news is fake.
Rathna Kumar, who worked with Lokesh on Kamal Haasan's Vikram, today re-shared an old post by the director from the film’s release date as it completed four years. He wrote, “Please do revisit Kaithi before getting into the world of Vikram. One tweet and THE REST IS HISTORY. It always feels proud to be part of this. Thank you Lokesh for this lifetime settlement (sic).” He then added, “Can’t wait for #AA23. #4YearsofVikram (sic).”

Rathna Kumar worked with Lokesh on the blockbuster hits Kaithi (2019), Vikram, and Leo (2023), and also collaborated with Lokesh on Master (2021), which featured Thalapathy Vijay.
