Chiranjeevi to Get Balakrishna and Allu Arjun as New Neighbours
Interestingly, the development brings him geographically closer to Chiranjeevi, often described as a professional rival over the years, adding a layer of curiosity within film circles.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s already star-studded neighborhood in Jubilee Hills, one of Hyderabad’s most premium localities, could soon get even more high-profile, with Nandamuri Balakrishna and Allu Arjun planning to move closer.
Jubilee Hills has long been home to some of the most influential and wealthy individuals, including several top film stars. Now, two major relocations are reportedly in the works. Balakrishna is said to be constructing a lavish new residence in the area, potentially becoming a close neighbour to Chiranjeevi.
According to sources, the new house is coming up on a higher elevation, with construction already underway and estimated to cost over ₹70 crore. His current residence on Road No. 45 in Jubilee Hills is likely to be impacted by a road widening project, prompting the move. He is also believed to prefer a more secluded space, which this new property offers.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun, who currently lives in a family residence in Jubilee Hills, is also said to be building a grand new home in the same vicinity. Reports suggest the new mansion will span around 4000 square yards, with construction costs nearing ₹80 crore. The upcoming residence is expected to be another high-end celebrity property, located not far from Chiranjeevi’s existing home.
With both projects already in progress, Jubilee Hills may soon see an even denser cluster of Telugu film industry heavyweights. If everything goes as planned, Chiranjeevi could soon be welcoming two prominent neighbours from the fraternity, turning the area into an even more exclusive celebrity hub.
