Buzz: Allu Arjun to Play Three Roles in Atlee’s Raaka?
Allu Arjun has been shooting for the ambitious sci-fi action entertainer for the past few months.
Reigning star Allu Arjun, after the massive success of the Pushpa franchise, is now eyeing global appeal with his upcoming sci-fi action thriller Raaka, directed by Atlee.
According to a source, Allu Arjun is said to be playing three different roles in the film, each with a distinct look. “He will be seen in three roles, and there will be a conflict between these characters,” says the source.
The source also points out that Atlee has previously explored a similar three-role concept with Tamil star Vijay in Mersal. However, there is no official confirmation yet regarding Allu Arjun’s multiple roles in Raaka.
Meanwhile, the Raaka team has reportedly completed a major shooting schedule in Mumbai. Allu Arjun shot several key scenes during the schedule along with the film’s core supporting cast.
Directed by Atlee, Raaka is among the most eagerly awaited projects in Indian cinema. Allu Arjun has been shooting for the ambitious sci-fi action entertainer for the past few months.
The film stars Deepika Padukone alongside Allu Arjun and is being mounted on a massive scale. With Atlee at the helm, expectations are already sky-high among fans and trade circles.
Following the completion of the Mumbai schedule, Allu Arjun has returned to Hyderabad for a short break and is expected to resume shooting in September.
