Sumanth, who has been on the hunt for something out-of-the-ordinary script, has signed his next film. The action entertainer will be directed by debutant Santosh Kumar and produced by D. S. Rao.
“It's an action entertainer which presents Sumanth in an exceptionally novel avatar,” producer Rao said, adding that the movie is nothing like anything Sumanth has done before. “Everybody is born a good person, but surroundings, circumstances, and experiences inevitably alter one’s outlook through life. That is essentially the theme of our film, which is predominantly screenplay-based,” the director said.
The film has been scheduled to go on floors in June. And actress Simrat has been roped in to play the female lead role in the film.
