Popular character actor Rao Ramesh is all set to make his debut in Tamil as a villain. According to a source, popular cinematographer Nataraja Subramanian alias Natty is playing the lead this film and Rao Ramesh has been roped in to take on a negative role.
The film is being made by director duo Harish and Harsha. Natty has worked as a cinematographer on many films, like Parineeta, Jab We Met, Raanjhanaa, Thuppaki and A Aa. He turned actor with the film Naalai and has acted in many Tamil films as well. Now well recognised as an actor, Natty will be playing the lead in the realistic film, which will commence in December.
“Rao Ramesh has always wanted to enter the Tamil film industry, but was waiting for a good script. After hearing this story, he immediately felt that this is a good one to enter the Tamil market in,” says a source close to the actor.
The film’s subject deals a real incident that happened a while back in Tamil Nadu.
