Ram Gopal Varma to focus on NTR's last days
Ram Gopal Varma has announced that he will be making the film Lakshmi’s NTR based on the life of the late legend N.T. Rama Rao. The director is now in search of the lead cast for his film and would like to start shooting in November.
RGV’s film has raked up a bit of controversy, as the illustrious actor’s son, Nandamuri Balakrishna is also filming a two-part biopic on his father. This biopic will be directed by Krish and, according to a source, its narrative will end with NTR becoming the chief minister the second time. So, RGV’s story will start from where Balakrishna’s film stops.
“RGV is mainly concentrating on the last days of NTR and his story starts after the latter becomes the chief minister for the second time until his death,” says a source. NTR’s last days are full of controversies and it will be interesting to see how RGV deals with the subject.
NTR had faced certain difficulties in his last days and at the same time Lakshmi Parvathi had entered his life. “RGV has kept secret the identity of the actress who is playing Lakshmi Parvathi,” adds the source.
