Actor Sravan Raghavendra and Malayalam actress Leona Lishoy are to be seen in a coming-of-age-film, Edhureetha. Director Balamurugan, a protégé of director Vijay Milton, calls the film in which Sravan will play a father for the first time, a thorough entertainer
Says the director, “A 40-year-old single, middle-class father loves his only son so much that he gives whatever he asks for. If his son wants something, he does not refuse. What problems does his love cause? You have to watch the film to know that.”

Produced by Bogari Lakshmi Narayanan, the riveting film which is written by Dhanesh Nedumaran, is high on emotion.
The producer adds, “The director has done a splendid job in narrating the story of a man who goes to any extent for his son. We are sure that the film will move the audience. We are planning to release the film (currently in post production) in March.”
