Actor Rana Daggubati’s voice will be featured quite prominently in the upcoming film Rajaratham, titled (Rajaratha in Kannada). The actor agreed to be a part of the film solely because he was impressed by the director Anup’s work in the film Rangitaranga, which even made it to the shortlist of films being considered by the Oscar Academy for the Best Foreign Language film award.
“When Anup discussed the concept of his new film with Rana, the actor was quite impressed and agreed to be a part of it. They wanted to use his voice in the trailer and it has left people interested after it was recently released,” shares a source.
Rana has given his voice to a vehicle in the film and the story will be narrated through his perspective.
Starring Nirup Bhandari and Avantika Shetty as the leads, the film also has Tamil actor Arya playing the antagonist.
