Glam diva Tamannaah essays a role of a police officer in her Hindi web series "Akhri Sach" wherein she begins to investigate deaths of members of a big family. "She hasn't done a cop role in Tollywood,, probably she is donning khakis for the first time," says a source and adds, "Tamannaah mostly preferred glam centric roles Telugu movies and played love interest to big stars to become a top notch actress,"
She was recently seen romancing Chiranjeevi in Bholaa Shankar and also in a racy dance number Kaavaalaa in Jailer. "She is very good dancer and has done best chartbusters in Telugu movies like Jai Lava Kusa, Speedunodu and Jaguar to become a sought after diva for special numbers in commercial movies," he adds.
She is nicely mixing up bubby girl roles and jatkas and matkas to keep her ratings high in Tollywood. "She does need to take a pay cut to grab more offers in Telugu. She has big hits like F2 wherein she showcased her flair for comedy.,"
After Kajal Agarwal who is playing a cop in her next film Satyabhama, Tammanah joins the bandwagon of divas like Vijayashanti, Roja. Priyamani, Anasuya and Nandita Swetha who donned khaki uniform on screen.
