Manjula Ghattamaneni (Mahesh Babu’s sister) is all set to make her debut as a director in Tollywood. A few years back she made her debut as an actress and also produced a few films. Now, Manjula wants to turn director and according to a source, they approached Sundeep Kishan for the lead actor. “The script work is almost complete and it was recently narrated to Sundeep Kishan. The film is all set to start rolling soon,” says a source.
Gemini Kiran, who produced the recently released Majnu is going to produce this film. Manjula has always been interested in movies, and had made her debut as an actress with the award-winning film Show in 2002. She also produced this film and it won couple of National Film Awards too. She later produced and acted in a film Kavya’s Diary, which did not do well at the box office.
