Actress Samantha, who’s currently holidaying in Ibiza with her husband Naga Chaitanya, recently took to Instagram to post a picture of herself looking gorgeous in a red floral co-ord crop top and shorts set. But you know how it goes with actresses and social media trolls these days.
While the Rangasthalam star received many compliments on the picture, some netizens slammed her for daring to appear in beachwear. They appealed to her to behave with dignity, like a good married woman, and to live up to the expectations of an Akkineni bahu.
One follower who goes by the name @saran4624 wrote, “The way ur dress is soo shame to you and ur family especially great (ANR) family we r not expect this sry sam (sic),” while another posted, “If u upload this type of photos ull lose ur followers (sic).”
But Sam refused to let them spoil her fun and gave them a fitting reply, writing, “For all those of you who thought you had a say in how I should live my life after marriage, (sic),” followed by the middle finger in emoji form. She then signed off with a “thank you.”
This isn’t the first time that Sam’s been slammed for her choice of outfit. A few months ago, she was trolled for posting a bikini photo. Then too, the actress had asked her detractors to save their breath, but it looks like they’ll never learn.
