Just a few weeks apart, senior director Teja and debutant director Sandeep tasted success with Nene Raju Nene Mantri and Arjun Reddy respectively. Now, many of the top producers are chasing these two directors to make films with them.
“When he (Teja) was giving continuous flops, it was Suresh Babu who believed in his talent and called him for this film. So, he is keen to narrate his next subject to Suresh Babu first and go with him if he agrees,” says a source.
Another reason to approach these directors is that they can write the story themselves, and can complete the film within budget, which is a big plus for the producer. Sandeep also has not thought about his next project, but it will be definitely bankrolled by a big producer, adds the source.
