Fans create ruckus at Gudur theatre over fee on flexis of Bro'

TIRUPATI: Fans of actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan created ruckus at a theatre in Gudur when its management reportedly demanded ₹2,500 from them for erecting each flexi of Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej-starrer 'Bro' that released on Friday.

According to information, K3 Sangam theatre authorities wanted fans to pay up if they want to put up the posters. Fans felt outraged and started demonstrating in front of the theatre. They also attempted to stop the show, alleging that local YSR Congress leaders are behind the move to create hurdles in the screening of the movie.

This led to tension escalating between the fans and management. The management eventually relented and allowed them to erect flexis without any charges.

Another group of fans started demonstrating in front of Latha theatre in Kavali following a delay in screening ‘Bro’ due to a technical glitch in the sound systems. Upon receiving information, local police arrived at the scene and brought the situation under control. The theatre screening the movie after resolving the glitch.
