A film with Gopichand and Nayanthara as the lead pair, which started a few years ago and stopped midway is now all set to hit the screens on May 19. The project began almost four years ago and stopped because of unknown reasons. Bhoopathi Pandian, who was the director initially, quit after sometime and the project was almost shelved at that point.
Later, the makers approached director B. Gopal, who took over the project with the same crew. Although he too took his own time to complete it, the film is finally releasing on May 19. Gopal is popular for his commercial hits like Samarasimha Reddy and Narasimha Naidu with Balakrishna and the blockbuster Indra with Chiranjeevi. This is almost a comeback film for him as his last directorial outing was in 2009 for Maska.
Titled Aradugula Bullet, the film has Nayanthara as the female lead. Meanwhile, Gopichand is busy with two other projects — director Sampath Nandi’s Gautham Nanda and director Jyothi Krishna’s Oxygen.
