Suriya, Chiranjeevi dub for Ghazi

The two will be narrating the Tamil and Telugu versions.

Despite their busy schedules, two of biggest stars of south cinema Suriya and Chiranjeevi have agreed to lend their voices for the Tamil and Telugu versions of Bollywood war drama The Ghazi Attack, which stars Rana Daggubati as a naval officer and Taapsee as a refugee.

Their voices will be used to narrate some crucial parts of the story. B’town superstar Amitabh Bachchan has already lent his voice for the original Hindi version.

“Both the actors are excited about being part of the project,” says an inside source. While Chiru made a sensational comeback after a 10-year hiatus with his recent Khaidi No. 150, Suriya is awaiting the release of Si3, the third installment of his blockbuster Singham franchise.

Directed by Sankalp Reddy, Ghazi’s supporting cast includes Kay Kay Menon, Atul Kulkarni, Bharat Reddy and the late Om Puri. The film is said to be India’s first underwater/war-at-sea film.
