Raja Goutham’s career seems to be going nowhere. Even though the actor never shied from experimenting with films or roles, he hasn’t yet tasted success, his career failing to take off yet.
But despite the failure of even his last year release, Manu, a crowd-funded mystery drama, Goutham has apparently moved on and is set for his next in the hope to end his dry spell.
Son of celebrated actor Brahmanandam, Goutham will be soon be seen in a family drama, which will be directed by debutant director Durga Prasad. Durga Prasad has previously made short films.
The film is tipped to be a wholesome family entertainer with revenge as its central theme.
“Both Goutham and Durga have been working on fine tuning the script for the past several months. People Media Factory will bankroll the film, but apparently, the filmmakers are planning to shoot the film on a shoestring budget,” a source tells us.
