The shooting of That Is Mahalakshmi, (the Telugu version of Bollywood film Queen) featuring Tamannaah is complete and post-production is already underway.
The shooting of the Telugu remake had to be halted due to production constraints. However, the film’s director Prasanth Varma has managed to wrap up the entire shooting in a couple of months.
Since the film is being simultaneously remade in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu languages, the film’s producer Manu Kumaran is planning to release all the four versions simultaneously.
“Yes, that’s the plan as of now! It’s a record that a film is releasing simultaneously in four languages. I give the credit to my production crew for completing the film in record time. We are planning to release all the four versions in the third week of October,” he says.
