After failing to bag Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film, director Krishna Vamsi has now come up with another film, titled Nakshatram, starring Sundeep Kishan.

The film was launched on Wednesday morning at the Film Nagar temple. And though the makers have announced that they will start shooting immediately, the female lead is yet to be selected. “The story is about a young man who wants to become a police officer,” says Vamsi.

According to a source, the director is planning to shoot a few action scenes with Sundeep in the first schedule. Once the lead actress is finalised, the rest of the shooting will take place.
