He’s a well-known name on Telugu television and is one of the most sought-after hosts. In fact, a short film featuring him and Sree Mukhi, Thank You Mithrama, went on to become a hit online with a record number of views. It seems his stint in short films has given him a push and he’s now set to take a full-fledged plunge into cinema as the lead actor in an upcoming film Idi Ma Prema Katha.
“He has put in a lot of work and is confident that the film is a perfect debut for him. Even debutant director Ayodhya Karthik was able to easily convince him to come on board. The music is being scored by Karthik Kodakandla and the shoot has been completed. Right now, the post-production work is on in full swing,” reveals a source. The film is set to release in April.
