Ram Gopal Varma is always in the news for his Tweets or his films. The director recently announced that he would make a film, Vangaveeti, based on the rivalry between the Vangaveeti and the Devineni families.
Though shooting is yet to start, the film has been in the news since the day he announced it. RGV is currently in Vijayawada to meet the present heads of the two families.
When he reached Vijayawada, there was a huge turnout and it was almost like a rally as the director went to meet the family leaders. “It created a huge buzz in Vijayawada and that’s what the director wanted.
Most of the Telugu channels also telecast RGV’s visit live and it garnered everyone’s attention,” says a source. The director, meanwhile, has announced that this is going to be his last Telugu film.
