The success of Middle Class Abbayi (MCA) starring Nani, ended up being a double hat-trick for Dil Raju in 2017. Elated with the success of the latest romantic drama, the producer thanked the audience and the six directors who he worked with this year.
“We rolled out six films this year — Sathamanam Bhavathi, Nenu Local, Duvvada Jagannadham, Fidaa, Raja The Great, and Middle Class Abbayi (MCA) — all have turned out to be super hits. This success is a result of great team work. I want to thank all the directors, writers and technicians for their efforts in this regard,” said Dil Raju, who got emotional while recalling his journey.
“I suffered a personal tragedy earlier this year (lost my wife), but my filmmakers and team stood by me and lent me emotional support. In an industry that only talks about success, I am glad that I found friends who can stand by me in tough times too.” The event was attended by the cast and crew of the six films.
