Samantha seeks support of specialist for branding
With star branding becoming more significant for superstars, actress Samantha Ruth Prabu has sought the help of a top professional Himank Reddy to design her personal branding to get more film offers and brand endorsements. “Himank is a specialist in brand endorsements and helped a few actors to get big offers and brands,” says a source and adds, “Earlier, he was associated with KWAN Entertainment, in which Rana Daggubati is a partner in Hyderabad.
After promoting many talents, he started his own company to expand brand equity of actors. “Top actresses make more money in endorsing brands than film offers since corporate houses pay in crores for promoting their product or brand. No doubt, Samantha seems to have made the right choice to boost her popularity,” he adds.
Earlier, Samantha suffered financial loss to the tune of Rs 1 crore and fired her manager during the release of ‘Kushi’. “She hasn’t appointed any manager yet and is scouting for a reliable person to look after her dates in Telugu and Tamil film industries," he points out.
Right now, the actress is in the USA to undergo treatment for her illness and also posting pictures from gym workouts and stuff. “She will soon sign a film in Telugu with a big star and also planning to do a film in Bollywood,” he concludes.
Recently, Samantha has wowed the audience across the world with her seductive but stylish dancing ‘Oo Antava’ and also proved her acting mettle in films like “Kushi’ and ‘Rangasthalam’.
