Good times are knocking on actress Catherine Tresa’s door! The 27-year-old actress has signed a big project the remake of hit film Bogan as the female lead opposite Ravi Teja. Lakshman, who directed the Tamil film, will direct the Telugu remake as well.
In the Tamil version, Hansika played the lead role, which will be portrayed by Catherine in Telugu.
“After seeing her performance in the recent film Nene Raju Nene Mantri, the makers opted for Catherine,” says a source. Apart from Bogan remake, the actress is also in talks to work on a big Tamil film.
Catherine has proved that she can consistently deliver good performances and can fit into any role glamorous or simple. And so, even though her last release Gautam Nanda failed at the box office, her performance was appreciated by the critics.
