Poorna and Sakshi Chowdhary-starrer Suvarna Sundari has been generating curiosity for its interesting trailer and posters. The film’s director M. S. N. Surya says, “We’ve made the film with great conviction, and the film’s release got delayed because of the extensive VFX that we have been working on for over a year now. We’re happy with the final result.” In sharing with us more about the supernatural thriller, Surya states, “Jayaprada garu is playing a key role in the film, and is a bridge between the past and future. She has also performed daredevil stunts in the climax without using any dupe. Poorna (Shamna Kasim) will essay the role of her mother.” Surya also informed that the emotional bonding between mother and daughter will be a major highlight of the film.
Suvarna Sundari with the tagline ‘Charitra Bhavishyathu Ni Ventaduthundi (past haunts the future)’ has been produced by M.L. Lakshmi, and Sai Karthik has scored the music. The film is going to be a visual treat for the audience. “The plotline has narrowly adapted a story that unravels during the reign of the Vijayanagara Empire to the present day. The film has all the makings of an edge-of-the-seat thriller, and VFX will elevate the scenes and will be a visual feast for the audience,” the director adds.
