Surbhi is slowly making a name for herself in Tollywood. The actress, who was a part of hit films like Gentleman, Express Raja, Okka Kshanam, etc., states that she wants to do more commercial films.
“I started off with bubbly roles, but later got more substantial roles that gave me an opportunity to experiment with my characters. I love to be a part of commercial films as it is broadens my acting horizons,” says the Delhi-based arts student.
The actress, who is upping her glam quotient with each film, adds that over the years, her approach to acting has changed.
“I realised that acting is an emotional thing and as you live in each role, it gives you a different perspective and approach to filmmaking. I’m grateful to filmmakers and the audience who have appreciated my performances. I don’t want to be a just a pretty face running around the trees, but I want to exhibit and prove my acting prowess too.”
