Aadi Saikumar has wrapped up the shooting of his forthcoming film, Operation Gold Fish. Directed by Saikiran Adivi, the actor went for a drastic transformation from head to toe for his role of NSG Commando, Arjun Pandit.
Speaking about how Aadi’s role has come alive, the director shares, “The response for Aadi’s look has been very exciting. When I penned the script, I was looking for an actor who was young and promising. One of the reasons I chose Aadi was because he had never done such a role (NSG Commando) thus far. I thought that Aadi’s character would bring a fresh appeal to the film. And Aadi too believed that the role and the makeover would be challenging, and would push him as an actor.’
On the film, Saikiran shares, “The shooting is over and the post-production works are currently in progress. We are excited with the way the film has shaped up.” Tipped to be an exciting drama, the story is based on real-life incidents. Popular writer Abburi Ravi is playing a negative role in this film that also stars Karthik Raju, Nitya Naresh and Sasha Chetri.
